Featured Film of the Week: Chilling Romance
“Chilling Romance,” starring Son Ye Jin and Lee Min Ki, is a romantic-horror-melo-comedy that has been abuzz since it premiered December 1. Son Ye Jin plays Yeo Ri, a young woman who develops the uncanny ability to see ghosts after a near-death experience. Unfortunately, this “gift” comes at a price as horrible, unexpected things happen to people around her. As a result, she isolates herself from the outside world in order to protect those she love. However, she unexpectedly gets casted in Jogoo’s (Lee Min Ki) horror magic show, and after the two develop special feelings for each other. Hilariously, as a “horror” magician, Jogoo is terrified of ghosts...but he slowly builds up the courage to protect the woman he loves...
